Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact (including manufacturer boxes for model trains)
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these specialty products, the following cannot be returned:
- Pre-order items (once manufacturing process begins)
- Clearance items (as marked in our Model Train Clearance section)
- Any product where original packaging has been opened or damaged
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Team

- Your order number
- Product name and item number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (our warehouse in Reserve, LA)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- All original packaging and protective materials are used
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours
Exchange Process
For exchanges:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs forms should be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
- Refunds will be processed in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
